REFUND POLICY

1. No Refunds unless the event is cancelled.

2. All Refund requests must be made within 14 days . After 14 days from delivery date you must contact Party Bus Ottawa to determine the best course of action. Party Bus Ottawa will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors, retail partners or other transportation companies.

3. A copy of the Party Bus Ottawa credit card purchase receipt, and a copy of the original Party Bus Ottawa invoice may be requested prior to Party Bus Ottawa Customer Service issuing a Refund Authorization.

4. Party Bus Ottawa reserves the right to reject any refund request if the services have been provided (Please return to Policy 1.)

5. Funds will be credited within 5-10 business days after the events has been cancelled.

6. The credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  You will receive a confirmation email that will notify you of the refund.
